Formica & Wood Letters
Formica & Wood Letters are a popular signage option to create a natural look. Mica Faced letters are created by laminating a face, such as Wilsonart or Formica to a Gatorfoam, PVC or acrylic base. This gives a decorative look that can match your store surroundings while maintaining a cost effective price point. If a true wood look is what your signage needs involve, we can also cut letters from solid wood or plywood. Available in any hard or soft wood including Pine, Maple, Walnut, and Mahogany.
Gatorfoam Letters
Gatorfoam letters are made of a 2lb extruded polystyrene foam board bonded between two layers of wood fiber, veneer. One of the advantages of Gatorfoam is being lightweight, yet heavy duty, versatile and durable. These dimensional letters are mainly used for interior signage but can work for outdoors as well. Dimensional letters made from Gatorfoam are easy to install and can feature a painted or laminated face. We recommend Gatorfoam letters as a cost effective option if you want to add thickness to your dimensional letters. They are available in a wide variety of thicknesses, anywhere between 1/2″and 3″ thickness. Due to the fact that these dimensional letters are very lightweight.
High Density Urethane Letters
HDU letters are a material made for creating dimensional signs at a lower cost (and weight!). HDU stands for High Density Urethane and is a strong, naturally waterproof signs that have a carved look, can feature smooth or textured backgrounds, and are available in a couple different thicknesses. This material is unaffected by weather and is very durable, specifically engineered to make signs. we offer High Density Urethane Letters sign foam in 10lb or 15lb density. Furthermore we offer different thicknesses, varying between 1/2″ and 3″ thick. Since these sign foam letters are specifically engineered to make signs, they can be used indoors as well as outdoors.

Flat Cut Aluminum Letters
